fixed blade for freaky hands

Garth..

My Lederhosen wearing, Oktoberfest Go'N Bratwurt Eat'N, Beer Guzzling Barvarian friend,,

Not a problem, at all...

Keep in mind that ANYTHING you do to the handle of the knife will compromise the Exacting fit of the sheath..
That would be something you might get away with with a leather sheath,, however Not with a Kydex sheath..
Tolerences are very close..
Becareful,, or you may have a knife with no sheath afterwards..

The Desperado's blade is designed for slicing/slashing, not thrusting.
Peace.
On one of the CS videos I watch a while back I saw Lynn do some stabbing with the Desparado. I don't know if that says much, but it's true.

Eric, my lumberjack-mounty German-Canadian friend :D ,

thank you, I´ll keep that in mind. I was just thinking of letting a knive maker file some checkering on to (into?) the rear part of the handle. That shouldn´t influence the fit of the sheath.

Greetings,
Garth

Garth, I'm 100% sure if this is true, but if mods are done, I think the sheath can be reheated for a better fit.
