You may want to check out a SOG Seal or if you want a really massive piece, a Tigershark! These knives a truly hard working and under your budget. You may have to go for an aftermark sheath, though. I can't recall exactly how they are, but I have a Government Agent (LOVE!) and the sheath makes me angry/violent. I would own either of these if I could, but I'm affraid my hands are too small for them. But then I'm a little guy.
Oh, and these are knives that would probably be at your local dealer if you want to try them out first. I assure you: they will not disappoint!
