Fixed Blade for Whittling?

And I hope that after trying the CS he migrates back to the Cannitler at least as a starting point. But you try to give the kid what he wants, even if it is not what he really needs. Besides, as others have said, there is a difference between whitt'lin and real wood carving. At least in my mind.
 
Ragweed forge has a number of suitable whittlin knives. I got a small "Grandfathers knife" from Ragnar recently that is really comfortable to use due to the big fat handle. I have arthritis in both hands and this was recommended.--KV
