fixed blade knife repair

am looking for the disks that go in the handle of a fixed blade knife. have this old one and it has lost several of them. thank you all for the help.

Your discription could mean a number of things,but are you talking about the leather spacers like these.

i know they are tapered at each end how does one do that? grinder?

Yes once you have the handle stacked and glued you can shape with a belt sander or sand paper.
