Fixed Blade Refurbish

Gents i would like to purchase a used Strider fixed blade. Just checking if someone can point me to a shop that can remove the black finish and re-sharpen the edge

If you look in the knife makers section you should be able to find some one. Also maybe ask in that section and someone might volunteer the info.
