Hey Guys, I also do fixed blade sheaths. As some will recall when Bark River knives first came out, their sheaths lacked a lot, and I had dies made up for the popular ones.
Here is an example of one for Micro Canadian. Of course I can adapt a belt loop, or a clip, or dangler, pretty much what ever is wanted. Several styles are shown on my site.
These are lined standard, and I use 8 ounce leather, thus they are super heavy duty. If I dont have the knife, I generally need a good tracing or of course your knife in hand, lots of things depending on how the job is best approached.
But unless its something really odd, generally turn around is about 14 days, maybe three weeks, I am not one of these wait for several months type makers.
