Fixed blade storage ideas

All over the place, where I can get at them: car, backpacks, jackets, boots, tool boxes.

My fixies live wherever I’m gonna need them. Camp knives in the camping gear. Working knives in the garage, tool bags, etc. Only my EDC fixed blades all congregate in one place, which is the cigar box on my dresser with all my other EDC stuff.

Responding to fixed blades only.
Physical protection: clean and lubricate blade. Wrap blade in saran wrap type material. If the sheath is leather, do not store in the sheath.

The fixed blades are divided into categories:
1. deployed. In each room in the house except bathrooms.
2. shtf stored in clear plastic container under lock and key.
3. reserve, for people in the survival circle who are not prepared - in the attic at the back.

They are for the old style real blue prints.

If i didn’t have them I’d used a Craftsman or similar tool chest with drawers.

Nice collection and storage. I looked for quite awhile for one of the hard sheaths for my RH-35 without success , in the end I made a leather one.
