Today it is a Blind Horse Knives Brumby Lite.. D2 steel.. Green canvas handle!! :thumbup: John:cool:
 
I bought this small Anza hunter from the maker at a motorcycle swap meet in the early '80s. I guess his web site must have still been under construction, because I had never heard of the knives. It drops nicely into a front pocket, and works hard.

Sometimes i will carry this Mora 612 instead. It takes up more room than the Anza, but weighs a lot less.

I had no idea NC had that knife law. Even if you have you CWP?

if you read the first post or thread title there's no mention of Daily EDC whatsoever.

Exciting times for me as I am having a awesome BF member here making my some fixed blades very soon 👍 It's a very exciting waiting time.
 
In the interest of having an awesome fixed blade thread could a mod move this to the general knife discussion section so we are not stuck in the realm of "traditional" fixed blades I want all fixed blades to feel welcome!

The OP has requested that this thread be moved to General. So, off we go, although I think you'll find any number of threads on fixed blades in the General Forum.


 
I like a good fixed blade section and discussion, I like it was moved here for all fixed blades that people are carrying now, but I also have wanted to see a Good amount of traditional fixed blades in the traditional section but rarely saw them there, mostly folders. So this is a good move, but I would love to also see some more traditional fixed blades shown here too, so keep them coming.....and others too.
 
I'd like to find a fixed blade to use in a scabbard horizontal on the front of waist on my belt. Any suggestions?

Several of the on-line knife stores carry Bradfords, or you can go directly to Brad's web site. They come in several blade steels & finishes, and different scale options.

Brad is great to work with, too. I couldn't find exactly the combination that I wanted from the on-line dealers, so I called Brad directly. He happened to have some finished blanks in the steel that I was looking for & he just put on the scales I wanted, and shipped it out that afternoon.
