Fixed blades

Working on getting to know my new knife from Crag the Brewer Crag the Brewer , it has been a long time since I took photos for a knife review, I'm realizing that I forgot how to do it. It is really a fantastic little workhorse, and so very very sharp and slicey. I've always been a stainless steel kitchen knife guy, but I am working on embracing the patina and color changes with use on a carbon steel knife.
