Fixed blades

The little one, my C4 model was matched to a prototype of the larger Back Road Wanderer.

Both with recycled material for the handle scales.
I believe it's called Armor-X. It's made for durable, grippy, and abrasion demands. It feels Awesome, like a mixture of UHMW and a truck tire.....haha. idk.

I crawled into an automation machine to salvage a medium sized sheet.

Both of these knives are 3V treated @ Bos
at the last minute I added some clips to the kydex, I find carrying a 7" blade fairly easy at 5 o-clock, edge forward.

Both of them are going up for Sale next week, Here on BF....... I hope you like them.

Really digging the look of that Dogbone, Kyle! Thoughts?

luethge luethge I'd like to know too, I've been looking at it for years, but the hump on the top of the handle confuses me with its location?

Do 2 fingers go in the front finger groove?

I stared at these for a few years as well. Helm had a drop recently and the “curse” took hold - ordered one. The knife is definitely built well. I have L / XL hands .. fits fine. I don’t see this replacing my folder and I prefer a 4 inch blade on fixed.. this little tank is nice though. Decent geometry, comfortable enough. I do think it will be on the exchange sooner than later though. The hump on the back of the handle ( or inverted crescent ) kind of dictates where you will hold the knife, still neutral enough to be tolerable though.
