I am quite sure this was made by Schrade for Craftsman, and may be from Walden. The sheath is original. The stamp on the back of the sheath, "GENUINE LEATHER" is exactly the same, including size, as other Schrade sheaths of the period. Odd to see the top grain turned to the inside. There is a liner of some thin, hard material deep inside the sheath, to protect the sheath or the knife edge from each other. They are in unused, unsharpened condition, but someone has buffed off much of the patina with steel wool or some such.

I have two of these, but have not yet completely identified them yet. Both have that same "rough-out" sheath. One has the remains of a blade etch, "HEAVY SKINNER", if I remember correctly. It is odd in that it combines the "Staglon" textured handle and 165UH thumb groves with the approximate size of the 165OT/UH, but with the guardless handle of the 15OT, and a "typical Imperial" flat grind. Try a forum search "Heavy Skinner".
