OK, I'll play.:)

Here's a little fixture for getting a precise radius on bolsters. It's made up of a Newport rotary stage (Used with the wormgear disengaged in this case--you just turn it by hand), and NewPort linear stage. These ball-bearing optical stages are very handy to have around for making up little grinding fixtures and such.

...oops. It won't let me load the pix again, so here's the old link to the pics for this one ...

Well, here's another handy little deal.
It's a fixture for doing lock faces.

This one uses a Newport linear optical stage with micrometer stop and a stage for elevation.

OK, one more and I'll leave everyone alone:)

These are a couple simple fixtures for drilling holes in irregular handle material like stag, mammoth, etc.
They're designed to work with this machine:

The Accu-Tapper is one of those things you like to find on ebay, because they can be expensive new. It allow you to position a piece on a little platform and you push the workpiece into the tapping/drilling head.

Using it in this application, you simply position your material in the fixutre, clamp it down and drill from behind by pushing it onto the Accu-Tapper. This makes for accurately positioned, perpendicular holes every time.
