I really like the overall look to that knife... Questions, is the gap between lockbar and frame polished or angled? Is there a lockbar insert too? Thick stock, what is it exactly?

I used a ball end mill to ease the face there between the lockbar and the frame. when I tumbled the frame it did not stonewash that face.

there is not a lockbar insert

the blade is .240 thick at the pivot
