I bought both of these at about the same time, tried out both, then carried one - and incidentally swapped the belt pouches without ever realizing it, so each set has one worn item and one like new item. Whoops. 
These don't come with batteries, so you'll need some CR123As or 18650s to use them. I also can't find any of the original packaging, which means all the spare O-rings, buttons, and lanyards are missing... So basically it's just the useful parts (the light & sheath)
First is the light that got carried, a Nightcore MT26. I'm asking $40$35 shipped.
The black finish is a bit worn around the head of the light. It's had a few dozen hours of use (maybe 45-50 hours, spread across each brightness setting.) Buttons are still snappy, and it works great. The sheath is in like new condition. Technical stuff:
Max lumen output: 800 lumens
Output and runtime:
Turbo: 800 lumens (2 hours)
High: 250 lumens (5 hours)
Mid: 78 lumens (17.5 hours)
Low: 25 lumens (45 hours)
Impact resistant to 4.9 ft. (1.5 m)

The light has maybe 20 minutes of run time on it. The sheath looks old and dusty, and the belt loop needs a little bit of needle work (although it still feels solid enough.) Technical stuff:

Runs on: 1 x 18650 or 2 x CR123A batteries (Batteries not included)
