How many flat-ground models exist?

Calypso
Calypso Jr.
G-10 Police
Lum Chinese
Military
Dyad
Dyad Jr. or Mini-Dyad

Which ones am I forgetting?

The fixed blade Temperance and the Perrin are flat ground.

Bruceter

Add the Centofantes C25 and C50 and the Jess Horn in the white and burgundy micarta versions and the jigged bone handle, too.

I think all of the kitchen knives are flat-ground except for the meat slicer.

Does this mean that all these knives have similar cutting abilities? I'm just asking b/c I love the way my Calypso Jr. works through whatever I throw at it, but am wondering if a Salsa would give me the same performance. (I like metal handles)

New flat-grounds will be the Para-Military and the Navigator II

It would probably be safer to say that if both the grind and the blade thickness are the same, they will cut about the same. Since the Salsa and the Calypso Jr. are the same in both regards, performance should be pretty darn close to identical.

Full flat? What Delica is this?

Is this a full flat Delica, or is it just that the lighting is not showing the primary bevel?

That one looks like full flat ground because of the black blade and light angle.

This one, OTOH...

Thanks for watching ;)

Whoa again. Has that Delica been re-ground, or is it a rather enviable prototype?

Thats the Dia-lica... Alex reground his own knife, and added a few minor changes as well(dent, finger grip, and the ridges on the butt end).
