Flat-Cap Jigging!!

Charlie, you are actually spot on with using this terminology with The Australians, that's why Aussie meat is always really tough and chewy, as the Sheep get very nervous when there's an Australian around.
I think they’re nervous because of our big live export business “eat me if you like, just please don’t send me to NZ” 😁
I suspect there is a rivalry here!!! I don't know for sure!!! 🙄

;)😁

Guys Guys...look at us....bickering...about sheep. I know that my New Zealand "mates" love their sheep...and thats a fantastic way of animal husbandry.
BUT...everyone knows China has more sheep than anyone according to my research....food for thought?
Anyhow...Jack n Mitch...I'll get them in the post Monday....😃

To be honest I was looking for that snippet out of Mad Max....where do we find...this agent?

I can assure you this Aussie Lamb was not chewy or tough, melted in the mouth. ;)🥰🤣🤣🤣.

Thanks to good friends was finally able to land one of the new lambsfoots. Comparing to the original I actually like this one more. Both have very good crisp action but the full coverage jigging on the new one beats the jigging on the original in my opinion.

This knife doesn't really belong in this thread, but that Jigging looks awful familiar!! ;) Mitsubishi 1.jpgMitsubishi 2.jpgThese multiblade hobos (11 blades!) from Japan are often of poor quality, but this one is very robust with good steel! Mitsuboshi!! The jigging resembles Flat Cap !!!
