Flat Ground Delica/Endura?

Ok, who has both flat and hollow ground versions of the Delica/Endura? Is there any noticable difference in performance?

I have the old hollow ground SE Endura & sent a flat ground SE Delica to forumite DiALEX. I guess it's a matter of choice really ; maybe the "flat" is easier to sharpen? Who(m) knows?
