Fleamarket Helle knife find

Thanks for the reply. I can't say I blame you, I'm the same myself. If you change
your mind feel free to suggest something.
Perhaps I'll suggest to the folks at Helle that they consider a reissue, without the
Boy Scout stamping of course. It looks like a very handy knife.

Helle do have a few similar knives in their lineup, which i suppose might count against them doing a reissue, or even a small run.
The Nr. 30, which is a rather old design, reintroduced in 2007. (Original design:1965) http://helle.dnn2.gasta.no/Default.aspx?tabid=3323&language=en-US

I`ve handled the Nr. 30, and despite looking uncomfortable, because of the strange shapes to the handle, it really isn`t.
(Just thought i`d throw those two out there, for those wanting a similar knife.)

That is the long way around. If you use photobucket all you have to do is put your pointer over the pic (in album view) and four boxes will appear below it. Click on the text of the one that says 'IMG Code' and a little box should appear that says 'Copied'. You can then paste that directly into your post, you don't have to use the mountain icon.

That knife is sweet..I would be stoked! I just found a couple of old knives at the flea market, both old German Carbon..I am rehandling one to look like a Puukko..I will post when its done. The other is a Stag handled hunter..I got both for $9!!!! I also bought a Collins and a Norlund single bit heads..(no handles) for $2 a piece!!!!!!!!!!! I love flea markets, one mans trash is another treasure!
 
It would be difficult to find higher praise than having Ragnar offer to make a barter for the knife you bought!. Congratulations.
 
What a fabulous find. I know some people that would love that thing.
 
I hav recently acquired this exact same knife from my landlord.... Have you been able to pull up any information on what it maybe worth?
