Monumental bro! I hope this doesn't mean you'll be wearing a suit...
I was the Lead Graphic Designer / Marketing Director / and Government Proposal Manager for one of the top IT staffing and solutions firms in the world once apon a time. I had to cover up my tattoos, take my earrings out, and wear a suit everyday. I made the decision in 2006 to walk away from it and never do it again. Since then, the only way you can talk me into wearing a suit is with lots of hor-de-vors and an open bar. Even then, the suit deteriorates quickly. lol.
