I think the ones from Congress Tools are what I'm hunting. No, I wasn't looking for cratex, but I appreciate the help. Thanks.

I have a couple cratex dremel tool wheels and it does make an interesting finish. But it would be a little scary using a larger version of it at high RPM's given how "grabby" it is.
