It's a monstrous one at over 8oz. I want to try a new SOG, as I was a fsnboi back in the late 90's/2000's, but everything is so tactical and always G-10, from, zytel, etc. I guess they are a tactical company. I love the action on my retired X-Ray Vision mini with the arc lock I got in 1999. But partially serrated tantos just ain't my thing now lol. I was 20. Yeah ain't get tactical on anyone now. No more delusions of grandeur.SOG Seal XR, because you can flip it, pull back the oversized lock tabs and the big blade will go from lock up to closed in about two seconds, without much hand movement involved. A big plus is SOG has improved it so much over other folders I've had from them. It's really a solid folder. USA Made, too.
XR LOCK
Reliable and powerful, able to withstand up to 1,500 pounds of force, provides the ultimate built-in blade locking security when open and ensures it only opens when intended.
