flip the clip on ddr?

I know the bolsters are pre tapped, but has anyone moved it to tip-up? I want to know what happened to the holes? can I put in screws and hen cut the heads off and polish the bolster down? will it look like crap? thanks, joe

Are you talking about the kit knives? Sure you could do what you're asking exactly the way you suggested.
