flipper causing premature wear on linerlocks?

Yep. Using reference point on second glance it does look like the lockbar travelled just a tad as a result of the natural wear from liners. Still damn nice for having been used heavily.

imho waving or inertia opening a liner lock is hard on it and accelerates wear, a frame lock isnt nearly as bad though,

You have two choices , 1- you can enjoy flipping your 0350 until the cows come home, and if you manage to wear it out, it has lifetime warranty. or-
2- you can buy some ugly knife and put it in your drawer and it will never wear out.

which will you enjoy ??

kershawguy nailed the key point about the entire wear issue, "Lifetime Warranty". All knives will wear with use, the more use, the more wear. the harder the use, the quicker the wear. As long as Kershaw exists, 10, 15, or 20 years from now when your lockbar is touching the opposite liner, send it in for warranty service. They'll take care of you.
