Kevin, your folder looks great. How tough was the learning curve for the bearings? I'm working on my first folder with PB washers because the bearings seemed intimidating. Did you use counterbores or endmills?

I'm still learning honestly. I messed up 2 liners and 1 blade in the process. I used an endmill, It was a little undersize but it was all I had. Once I get the right size endmill it will be easy
I gave up on the piloted counterbores. Just chuck your pivot (or something of the same size) and use that to align your scale. Then clamp down your scale and change over to an end mill.
