Flipper Style Knives

You don't need to get the s30v version of the vantage, for 20 bucks you can get the select vantage in good old 420hc. I'd go with the Buck all the way. Made in the USA, lifetime warranty also.

"YoMama" nailed it. I have all of the knives you listed in the OP and the Buck Vantage Large is the hands-down winner for me. The Ripple is better than I expected but it's tip-down only and I don't like the pocket clip. The Cryo is ok but it's a little small, heavy, and a tad slippery. I still carry it from time to time because of the color and awesome pocket clip but if I ever lose it I won't buy another. The Vantage, however, would be replaced same day. I'm even considering the Pro model just to try out the steel.

I'll vouch for the Buck Vantage Select as well. I tried both sizes and preferred the small, but it seems that the large would suit your preferences better. Mine opens & closes very smoothly, giving a few friends the impression that it was assisted (it's not). Buck's 420 has stood the test of time, yet there is the option of paying more to get the Vantage with a more modern steel if you choose.

Have you considered broadening your horizons? If you buy a $30 knife, use it for a year, then it breaks.
Rinse.
Repeat.
Rinse.
Repeat.
Cry.
So try something a bit more quality?
Spyderco has some great knives like the Native, Delica, Endura and Manix that can be had for under $100

Nothing wrong with an inexpensive knife.

The little Cryo is a decent knife. I got mine for $25 shipped on sale. I carry it in my front pocket , usually backed up by my ZT0301 in my rear pocket for more robust tasks..

The Spyderco's you mention aren't flippers either.

Its slightly more but I have the buck vantage with sandvick steel wood scales, nice flipper, watch the centering on these knives though. I love anything Kershaw, some of the new offerings may be in your price range and look like killer designs. Some come to mind like the Thermite, Hinderer design $54 MSRP street could be close to your price range.
