Flitz and Sabatier-Bad combination

Hello all! I just made a discover this afternoon I thought I should share with everyone. I was re-grinding and edge on a very nice Sabatier kitchen knife and when I was done I decided to use some Flitz to clean the blade up (If you haven't used Flitz yet I highy recomend it. I once used it to clean a 30 year old khukri that had NEVER been cleaned. It shines now). Not only did it clean the blade but it took off the "Sabatier" inking on the logo! Now I don't really care about that, but some people I know love their Sabatiers so much they hate to use them, for those people be warned.
