Flowers from my yard

...I sense the possibility of a tradition forming; the Shot of the Day. Someone brings a photo showing happiness with life. Well, it's a good idea but you can't force tradition.

This kid has a spirit 10 storeys tall! A raging tempest one minute and at the drop of a hat she can bring you to tears with her love.

and in thinking about what would a 'cool' flower be by today's standards, I thought of the Pot flower. I've never seen a Marijuana bloom. (sic) I'll look up 'Hemp'. Probably the same flower.

Heck yeah. I like those dots above your brow. I've got a few myself- shrapnel I didn't get in Vietnam.

Yangdu told me the color purple was considered religious or spiritual; you oughta dye your dome purple. How long will it be before folks start dyeing parts of their bodies in addition to tatoos? The sky's the limit. We haven't seen nothing yet. I predicted adding items to the flesh, and I saw a guy on the Discovery Channel had put some balls or triangles or something under the skin layers to elevate the tatoo design on his arm. And why not interactive? How about small electrical servo motors doing different things, pulling in cables or such?

Purple doesn't stay in very well for some reason. I've done it purple before. Dyed it purple over the red before I buzzed it actually. I posted a pic in that "which khukuri?" thread. The scars are from chicken pox, which unfortunately, I didn't get until my sophomore year in high school. Just about killed me.
 
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger?
I can visualize prosthetic mechanical devices attached to the body that enhance existing abilities or add new ones. It's not far from that to imagine real Super Heros. Spider Man.

I want cobalt blue and bright lavender LED lights that chase each other in tracks over my head. When people ask about the lights, I'll just stare at them in perplexity. ;)
