There's no Mexican who doesn't love boxing, and all Mexicans were with The Pacman. Sad thing is Floyd in spite of being the superb boxer that he is, abuses the clinch as a resource to avoid being hit. If theres no rule against that, then boxing is a flawed sport. Clinching is a last ditch resource when you are under heavy fire, not a way to avoid any possible confrontation.
For the casual boxing fan this is a fight they may have considered boring , and use the term "running" to describe mayweathers style .
The truth of the mater is , mayweather is a master boxer and technician and he proved that for a 48th time , he hits and makes his opponent miss, and manny pacquiao was no different from any other opponent last night , mayweather was able to neutralize all of pacquaios offense and keep him to landing a meager % of punches compared to mayweathers landing 48% .
I considered this a masterfull performance with mayweather once again proving just how far ahead of the competition he is.
Mayweather was also a very gracious winner giving credit to pacquiao, whereas pacquiao was a very sore loser, mayweathers persona is only an attempt to sell fights, he is really humble and gracious , but he knows and has learned from Muhammad Ali that playing a villain sells fights.
You basically hit the nail on the head , mayweather deserves a Grammy , his ability to play the villain is what boosted him In to super stardom , he is nothing like he he leads u to believe he is , and as for Ali , he was pretty darn controversial in his heyday , boycotting the war and talking a ton of smack . Ali pretty much laid the marketing blueprint mayweather just followed it and made up a bit on his own as he went alongI mean no disrespect but do you know Mayweather personally? I don't, but if he is not an a-hole he deserves a grammy for his ability to act like one. He seems nothing like Ali. Ali was a showman in, and outside the ring. Mayweather kind of paints himself like a overgrown child thug. He is good at what he does i'm just not sure what it is he does.

Mike are you sure he is just playing the villain. He has multiple charges of assault on women including the mother of his children.
Sugar ray lenord beat his wife too, everyone loves him today
I don't condone that behavior one bit , but boxer and fighters are notorious for it . On a side note , mayweathers girl friend he was accused of beating was high on drugs and he claimed he was o oh restraining Her , so who really
Knows what happened .
Just remember one thing . Mayweather is a businessman first and a boxer second , every move he makes is a calculated business move .
