Fly Cutter Recommendation

Any recommendations for a fly cutter to cut the nail nic in a folder blade? Size?, Where to get?

I am doing some folders with 440c, about 2 1/2" blade 0.10" thick.

I use a 1 inch 60 degree dovetail cutter on my folders for the nick. Just mark the blade where she goes then clamp the blade upside-down in the vise and go for it with a few passes.

I buy mine from MSC or Enco.

I use a fly cutter with an insert I specially ground for that purpose. It took some tinkering around to grind it at just the right angle so I could clamp it into the flycutter and get a sharp nail nick.
