Fly Press?

Have any of you guys used a fly press? I've been wanting to get back into forging, but I have two problems now that I didn't before 1) I can't pound quite as much as I used to because of a wrist injury, and 2) I live in a residential neighborhood so I can't use a power hammer due to noise. What do you think of using a fly press for fullering, setting welds, cutting, etc?

Thanks,
Steve

I've only used one for just a few minutes but it was enough for me to decide to go with a hydralic press. If you have a bad wrist I don't think it would be the way to go.
