Sounds like a lot of fun. It also sounds like you are bringing the right knife. I'm about to go on a cruise, and I wanted to bring a knife. I opted for the Victorinox Spartan. I'm not expecting to need to saw anything, but you're right - a saw could really save your butt in an emergency. Nice choice there.
Other than that, I had the same thing in mind. Gonna be enjoying lots of drinks, so I need the bottle opener and cork screw! I've already made a Gin and Tonic with the Spartan here around the house. Great lime slicer!
