Really love the knife photos. The B17 is awesome and as an American I feel like I owe ALOT of respect for that flying beast, what a beautiful piece of machinery

please excuse the unartistic photo, but here's a pic of two .50cal rounds my grandpa gave me a few months ago. One is a tracer(red tip) and one is armor piercing(black tip). He "borrowed" them from his ball turret .50's on the B-17 he flew in during WWII. I can't remember the loading sequence, but there were incendiary rounds(blue tip) thrown in for good measure. This is them next to a .45acp.

The tracer is the LC 42 (Lake City 1942)

The armor piercing round is SL 42(St. Louis 1942)
