Imho the gladius is not nimble. It's over 40 ounces and the handle is pretty heavy.Umm...yeah, this thing is awesome. Russell Crowe would have gotten ready to chuck this at the elites in the arena, taken a second look, held on and just yelled to the crowd, "Are you not entertained?"...V14 still in hand.
I've never held a Gladius but I imagine it would be bigger and I'm sure it's nimble, but this V14 seems quick and just the right size for a one-hander. Personal preference might have me send mine to Josh at Razor's Edge and see if he can thin the width of the handle just a little bit. Feels a touch too big for my smaller hands (men's medium gloves).
I got the same combo honorearth posted above. His pic is better than any I can get at the moment, but I'll try one tomorrow with some V8s.
