FNG’s – Can we please cut these fellows some slack!

Mike and Dexter, thanks for the replies I appreciate the direct answers to my questions.

As for the M2 705, I am with Professor, why haven't we heard anything about this before.
A M2 705 in 30-60 days is unebelievable. I have been getting by with the blades on my LM Wave/Super Tool/PST II, kind of waiting back to see if the M2 would get produced. Nothing would chap my hide more than to get a 705 and then have it be released in M2 weeks later.

As has been said, any more info on this would be greatly appreciated to say the least. Hey Professor, how 'bout a M2 705 as your FIRST ever daily carry, please someone make my dream come true.

Thanks again all, Bucky

James, when you're right, you're right.

It can get boring at times to see the same questions over and over, it's hard to remember that the person asking it, is asking it for the first time. Or, maybe just trying to start a thread to get some conversation going and get their names or their own likes know.

I still consider myself to be an FNG when it comes to knives. I've bought, carried and used knives for over 40 years, but up until 2 years ago I didn't know any of this existed. I didn't know who Moran, Loveless, Lake, Walker or anybody was. Now. I get to Chat and goof around with the likes of Herman, Ralph, and Carson (whoever the heck they are). I've learned a lot about more than just knives from many different people here, and made some good friends. I could always use some more.

Ditto StJames! The whole point of BladeForums is that you get to chat with people and ask questions instead of hitting search on your browser...

Why use the term "FNG"?
I don't even understand why the "F" part gets censored.
I mean, what's so bad about the word "f.r.o.l.i.c.i.n.g" anyways?
If there's a fellow that likes to frolic, and he has a question, the fact that he's a frolicker shouldn't change the way we answer his question.... unless he happens to frolic in a pink tutu while wearing a cream colored shirt, then all bets are off and I wouldn't be surprised if he accidentally gets hanged!!!
But that's just nature's way of thinning the herd, I suppose.

Frolicking off into the sunset,
I remain,

Odd Pictures at Photopoint
An assortment of pictures I decided to share with anyone that was so bored they wanted to check out my antics. I did this to prove that I am indeed sane. Be advised that there's hardly any nudity. Feel free to sign the Guestbook!!
Manifesto of Madness
I wrote most of that at work after drinking massive amounts of coffee. I needed to look busy and that dribbled out of my head. There's also a whole bunch of Optical Illusions.
The Deadly and Scary Leatherman Micra Website.
Be warned that the tactics used at that last site are not for the faint of heart!

Despite my better judgement,I can`t resist this one.Nosferatus is always welcome, and often in good form.

The fact is; that things change. While a search is useful,it may not be current state of the art.

As St.James said, the forums are for an interchange of ideas, not an encyclopedia.

I trust you`ll pardon the words in your mouth. It beats dirt.
