So I'm saving up my money, working hard, and living frugally for the release of the Izula folder. If it looks like the picture on the website, I'm getting it. I'm so pumped up about it I had to start a thread. I know it's not till late 2010, but we're already half-way there!

Any word on when we will get to see a working prototype? What is the planned blade length. And what is this about a HEST folder, is there a possible time frame for it's release? I can hardly contain my excitement.

well i imagine the blade length will be the same on the folding izula, same with the HEST folder. as per Jeff they are both coming out around the same time late 2010

Izula folder = 75% awesomeness 75% sweetness. That's right folks, 150% pure win.

My only issue is that I lose folders and that would really frost my nuggets.

Here's the deal. We finally nailed down a licensing agreement at Blade on a lock for the Izula. Don't ask yet but it's not going to be a frame lock! Shon is working on the details so I'm not sure what the rlease date will be on the Izula.

The initial concept looks pretty wicked! I can't wait to see what the first prototype looks like! I can't wait for the release, as I still carry my Ontario made Model-1. An Izula folder will replace the Model-1 quick, fast, and in a hurry! :thumbup:
