Welp, going to become collectible due to rarity. I know more folder models are coming in the future but this is something we've been waiting for.
 
Has there been a more anticipated knife in history? I cant think of one. Although the Jackhammer 10 and Hog B8 come to mind but they're both Busse. And there is a select cadre of elite hogs patiently awaiting the next gen Butanikus, but I think the folder beats them all by any measure.
 
So looks like there are 55 prototypes in the making...

I meant, I doubt it's just 55 but probably under a 100.

Not everyone who bought one responded to the poll.

I'd wager it was a great deal more than even 100 who got in on this epic model.

My cabinet is getting full! I’ve started aiming for “one in, one out.”
I only ordered one of each. Gah… and two other Microtech folders since then.

Yeah, but no one will use the thumbstud version and they will be safe queens while the spyhole version will get tons of use, so there will be less prestine examples. :D
 
Plus, we all know it'll be a hole guy trying to hummer the folder into a cinder block as soon as he gets it
