Is there a more specific release date for this knife? Seriously, I'd like to get one as soon as I can. I'm not normally a regular visitor to Blade Forums (more of a sword guy myself) but I've been checking in here almost every day since I found out about the new folder. It looks like the EDC of my dreams! :)

I know the clip can be moved but that doesn't necessarily make a left hand knife. I can't see from the pic. how the lock is released. Is it really ambi, like say a spyderco Native, by moving the clip to the other side or will there be a purpose made left hand version?

Enquiring minds need to know.

If this knife is anywhere near as tough as Striders are supposed to be and it's only $150 or thereabouts, I'm definitely a customer!

The lock is designed to be "officially" right handed, however, on the prototype I have it is easily manipulated with the left hand.

I hope this helps

:D:D

Have another question about the folder--is the pivot pinned or is it some type of fastener--torx, allen head etc.?

Thank you

BruceWayne

just thought id bump this back up since i was looking for a picture of the folder for a while myself, and having a hard time coming up with a search word that wouldnt crash the search engine, and wouldnt show up in 8,000 threads
