Folder question

Hey guys, I just built my first folder and I was wondering what method to use to get a nice professional looking nail nick. I just used what I had--a Dremel abrasive wheel, but the result left a lot to be desired. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, TD Lynch

I use a 1 3/8 dovetail cutter.

I use the dremmel but with a the thick fiber cutter and it is a little better. I put the cutter in my drill press at the highest speed and put the blade in a drill vice. Line it up and move back and forth carefully. I cannot get the lower bevel like heat ride but it is straight and very neat. I how have a dovetail cutter to get a better nic.

a four inch cup wheel on a surface grinder works very well.
