Folder that I can abuse?

I'll suggest Spyderco's Gayle Bradley folder, it's strongly built but still a great cutter. I suspect that it's too much slicer and too little tank for your needs though. As a testimony I cut aluminium sheet with it with zero edge loss. Tip is plenty strong.

crusader forge 4 in. & 3.5 in blades
some general specs--4 in. is 9.5 in. o/a, 11 oz. blade about .2 in. or 3/16, tit. scales about 3/16.
3.5 in. blade, 5.0 closed, 8.25 o/a, scales & blade stock about .2 in.9.0 oz.weight
these are custom knives all parts machined, s30 triple tempered. sent smaller knife to knifenut1013 for bevel polish & he commented the s30 was simply fantastic in heattreat.
my i mention to members these knives carried even in a sheath are very heavy. the smaller is 2006 edition & i may be 3rd owner--after all these years the lockup has zero blade looseness. as huge as they are --open like silk.due to the extreme weight i recommend the spydie bradley for a heavy duty user.the large crusader is a flipper.
