Folder w/ Bottle opener?

Hey everyone, I need some help… I’m looking for a new folder that has a bottle opener. I don’t want to go in the direction of Swiss Army style knives either. I’d like to use the bottle opener feature while the folder is closed too if possible. The Buck 754 NRG is the closet to my liking. I also would like a longer blade than the Buck too, but not a priority. As far as budget, I don’t have one. I’m interested in hearing some recommendations from you guys.

Check out the leatherman series of knives. I have the one with the aluminum handles. The bottle opener is actually also a carabiner. This knife served me well on spring break in the keys and at many a tailgate this fall. Go Gators!
 
Spyderco Waved Endura would probably work, as well as being an all around great knife, anyway. The Waved Delica, which is more EDC sized, would work as well. You could use it open or closed.

I use my closed knife in the same way that people open bottles with a bic lighter. It can scratch scales if done incorrectly, but you learn quick. I also have a utilikey on my keychain (now).
 
yea, all knives are bottle openers. use the spine of your blade to pry the bottlecap off. it's kind of hard to explain... hold the bottle neck in your hand, then put the spine under the cap lip, then lever the cap off. makes sense? i wish i had a video camera.
 
Maybe it's cause I'm a college student, but all I ever need is a table edge and tap with my palm. Sure it screws the table up, but heck, its college.

I do use my current knife to open bottles like you do with a bic lighter. I usually like to keep my folders in good condition, and using it to open bottles marks them up a quite bit after a couple of beers if you know what I mean. ;) I'm just hoping to see some quality knives with the feature to open bottles and not beat them up in the process.

I always go to parties and don't like looking for openers or doing fancy ways to open them. Like using another bottle to open a bottle. Since I always carry a knife it would be great to have one with a bottle opener.
 
My Spyderco Viele graciously has one scale cut back to reveal the liner, which is perfect for lever-style bottle opening :D 'Tis why it's my drinkin' knife in place of my EDC Emerson CQC-10.
 
It's stainless steel, made by Longlife Products. I like the fact that is has no sharp points. It sits nicely in my back pocket.
