Here in Canada we have twist offs,, however most of the time we just snap the top off by hitting it against the table or something...

I use my closed knife in the same way that people open bottles with a bic lighter. It can scratch scales if done incorrectly, but you learn quick. I also have a utilikey on my keychain (now).
yea, all knives are bottle openers. use the spine of your blade to pry the bottlecap off. it's kind of hard to explain... hold the bottle neck in your hand, then put the spine under the cap lip, then lever the cap off.

Why would you want to open bottles with an open blade?
Hey everyone, I need some help Im looking for a new folder that has a bottle opener. I dont want to go in the direction of Swiss Army style knives either. Id like to use the bottle opener feature while the folder is closed too if possible.
