Folders: Benchmade, Emerson, Spyderco, SOG, CRKT, Kershaw

Emerson locks take time to "wear in".. this shows it still has a lot of life left b/c the liner lock is not all the way across the blade. The liner is Titanium and does not wear easily. What you see is me thumb opening it (not flicking it open) so the liner lock won't be as far across. Even flicking it open the liner lock will stay on the left half of the blade. If you want the liner more (worn in) so it sits in the middle of the blade then you could send to Emerson to have file it down or do it at your house with a dremel.. I prefer my liners to be as they come from the factory and tight.. like this one.

The linerlock looks great - but the position of the blade between the liners looks a little uneven, and it could be just the picture, that's what I was asking. I'm not trying to be difficult, just trying to get some more information.

Sorry brother..my misunderstanding.. busy day. The blade may be a hair off to the right side looking from the tip when closed. You can tighten the pivot but will be harder to open.. unless you like it that way. The way it is now it does not rub but up to you if you want to tighten or loosen. PM me if you have any other questions. Thanks
