in the moment are all folders ready without the clip and the finish of the blade.

An indexing hole is made in the handles with the purpose of making easier certain maneuvers. Like grip reversal and such.
Bram Frank made not a hole, but a dimple in the handles of his Gunting (Abaniko, LLC, Tusok ) You can check cssdsc.com to find out more about Bram, his knives and his techniques.

I'm not sure the indexing hole has to be licensed thogh... Knives with indexing holes in the handles appeared pretty long time ago, I think.

You can contact Juergen Schanz and order directly from him. He's the knifemaker, so you may ask for any optionally features (serrations, traction grooves, jimping aso)
