folders for marine corps

my cousin has served in the recon, marine corps in taiwan.i would like to bring him a folder as a new year present this vacation.

i think taiwan is very humid, and the salt
water & sand are serious problems.

which knife do you think is the best choise ?

If he was a hardcore marine such as myself, I would give him one with a bottle opener. Tell him not to pay the mamasan more than $20 for a barfine
