I'd have to say my victorinox farmer....my favorite knife by far....I own 2 and have 2 more on the way (once you find a good thing you got to have some spares)

ya just can't have one fav.....well...I can't seem to anyway 
right now it's 2....a kershaw Random leek plain edge..and a Buck Sirus
I seem to always carry 2 pocket knives , a small one for the fine work and something with a bit bigger look to it...
with all the great types/style out there.......buy a bunch and just rotate them...much more fun that way

My Spyderco Centofante III has been a great knife. Weighs next to nothing and stays sharp.
