Folders with double edges

Joe, have you checked out the AG Russell Sting? Not 'cheap' ($) but maybe what you are looking for. Has a frame lock and unsharpened false edge.
Now, O/T, when r u putting out that sharpening video? :) (or did I miss it already)
 
How about a balisong? The Cold Steel Arch Angel is available in a DE now. The Benchmade 46, although single-edged is symetrical so you could sharpen the reverse side.
 
Heh, thanks for the fresh replies on my many-months-old thread! A lot of great suggestions. The one that's really caught my eye is the Sting, though a close look at that picture makes it appear as if the false edge sticks out from the handle just a tad ... if so, it won't work out. What a bummer!
 
This is one I always watch. Always on the lookout for a true double edged, secure folder.
