Folding BM activator?

i had kindof a wild idea earlier, would it be possible to modify a BM snody activator from a fixed blade to a small folder?

seems like it would be on hell of a mini EDC

if this was possible about how much would this cost?

I had one of those for a while. Too much taken out of the area where your index finger wraps around the handle. This makes it a hard one for me to imagine as a candidate for one easily converted into a folder. I'm afraid the risk is too high to ruin a good knife on ones done that way.
