Hi. Among the ones I have, I can recommend the G. Sakai NHF. It’s on the classic style side, an “old school”, sturdy back lock hunting knife :), with a great blade. It doesn’t tick all your boxes but, as occasional hunter and week-end hiker, I have really more positive things to say than negatives, when it comes to performances . Honestly I have only dressed a couple of hares and a pheasant with this but I have prepared a lot of food on the trails and in the canteen with this :). A good companion.

I also like very much almost all the Benchmade Hunting Serie knives. Simply beautiful and they look great performers  .

Consider the Victorinox Hunter XT in orange. The main blade is an excellent food prep and skinning blade. The gutting blade does a good job opening game. The saw is handy in the woods for fire prep. It also has a phillips screw driver and a nice belt pouch. You can get one for $35-$40 shipped.
