Recommendation? Folding knives with a built in bottle opener?

If you're already looking at the Shuffle, you should really get the Shuffle 2. Much better knife, and a better opener,IMO.

Good lord your wedding ring is a bottle opener (or any ring). Catch the back of the cap ahead of the ring (toward the end of your finger) and roll your hand over the top of the bottle. Once you get used to it you’ll look like you just popped the cap by hand, it’s effortless.

As long as the scales aren’t too rounded I can open a bottle with any knife.
It will mark up the g10 or whatever it is made of just a bit but it works.

Solution. Drink whiskey and let the bottle opener knives fad die out. ;)
Not a "fad" The "French Kate" pattern dates back to the mid 1800's and is still made by more than one company.
SAK's and the traditional 4 blade Boy Scout Knives have a bottle opener.
They've been putting bottle openers and corkscrews on knives for over 160 years with no end in sight.

Well I Haven't seen the Buck Metro
