Folding Strider Question

I just got a folding mini strider. It is very stiff to open and close. Anyone know if this is normal? Will it lighten/smooth up with use? Thanks

Its like the choke on your Valk, it gets looser with use

Anyway, to answer the inquiry...it will get easier with regular use.

Thanks for the replies. I sure hope you are right. It is wearing a sore spot on my thumb just opening it. If it dont loosen up soon, it will belong to someone else......
